Shopping aisles for men

Supermarkets such as Coles and Woolworths are starting to take notice of mens needs when it comes to purchasing grooming products. It seems men aren't real keen to be browsing aisles containing female sanitary products and cosmetics - it makes them uncomfortable. Men would rather Australian supermarkets take note of their US counterparts where 'man caves' are being set up, complete with flat screen TV's playing the latest sports, good looking sales people offering product samples - all round shopping havens for men. Beauty Mate attended the launch of 'That's What I'm Walking About' following on from sponsoring the worthy cause pulled together by AFL superstar Shane Crawford. It was great to see Billy Brownless who apparently already has the moisturiser on his desk ready to shine that dome for the Footy show on Thursday night. Love your work Billy! BM got to chat to Dean & Frankie - some hugely talented guys who are also great Carlton supporters. While the rain pelted down everyone spent some considerable time praying for the return of football to Princes Park. Crawf was great and we have to say what a superhuman effort for him to get involved in this sort of thing. A huge 'good on you' from the BM crew to Crawf. We look forward to welcoming him back into the bosom of Beauty Mate in September! Whilst it was definitely a mans man kind of event BMs very own superstar Founder and Director Pete took his gorgeous daughter Tess along. As you can see from the pics she loved being in the company of even tougher footy blokes than her Dad.
